| Cixi Hongda Motor Die Manufacture Center was founded in 1988.Hongda has pioneered the enterprise with painstaking efforts for sixteen years and now it bacomes one motor die manufacture center to specially develop and manufacture motor core stator and rotator segment. Hongda is one of key enterprise under the Chinese Mould and Die Association and one of New and High-Tech Enterprises in Zhejiang Province. The major products are motor core hard alloy multiple position stepped die and stator and rotator core gang die. Its annual capacity is 200 sets precision stepped die and 6000 sets gang die. The precision Hongda mould and die are awarded as "Chinese Made Premium Mould and Die" and "State Class New Product" by Chinese Mould And Die Association from 1998 to 2003 for six years in a row. Now there aer 216 staff and workers including 19 technicians and senior enfineers. the company is equipped with a lot of sophisticated machinery specially for production, inspection and verification of mould and die such as Swiss "HAUSER" high precision coordinate grinder, Global large three coordinate surverying instrument with Swiss technology ,Model 5030 two coordinate surveying istrument with Germany technology ,Japanese "SODICK" numerical slow threading electric spark cutting machine, American "HARKING" precision processing center, Japanese "DOBBY" 200high speed stamping machine and Taiwan "KENT" precision grinder. Under Hongda company there are seven production, R&D and logistics sections and four major resident slaes offices in central cities.
